"I was driving a Honda 1300 that I got from across the river. Serivce over there was pretty bad. I came over here with my wife and started talking to Brad Sabol. Brad knew our names from that point on. Everytime we walked in to the showroom, he knew us and the bikes that we were riding. Last year, I caught my wife in a weak moment and purchased a 09 Ultra Classic. Brad took my Honda (sold it in a week) and now we look for him everytime we come in for parts and service. "I have been riding motorcycles since 1963 and of all the bikes I have bought and owned, this buying experience rates as one of the best. "When I heard the dealership was under new ownership I had to check it out. What a surprise, a complete 180 from what is was before. You can get great service with your bike dleivered to you, well stocked parts department, if they don't have it they will get it for you in just a few days, and then the sales department, friendly, knowledgable and ready to deal, if you are in the market for a Harley you won't leave without ringing the gong! "Patty was great. She was very easy to work with. I told her what I wanted and what my budget allowed. She went back to Terry several times, and I ended up with a great deal for my new Fatboy. "I have owned many street bikes in my life, but never a Harley. I bought my first one here after I was unable to sell my truck & a friend told me this dealership trades for vehicles. So I made the trip here from Sullivan after talking to a sales rep on the phone & sealed the deal the same day. I felt they were fair & worked with me quite well on the financing. "This will be my 5th Harley and as many dealers. Every dealer I have done business with has been outstanding and is tough to "one up" each other. St. Charles has made it happen though. They have by far been the most fun, easy, and honorable staff I have ever come across. I have a handicap which makes it tough to get around and St Charles HD went above and beyond to accommodate both me and my wife. Car buying is fun when its over but Harley buying at St Charles is fun the whole way. Instead of dealing with just one or two folks inside I had the pleasure of meeting almost everyone working. They would come up and to tell me congrat's. I felt like a king. I have never been to such a diverse dealership. They have everyone for every type of person, whether it is off-road, racing, sport bikes, and of course Harley's. "Just had to sit down once again here on this site and pass on to all who take the time to read these testimonials and let you know that they are written by real people who deal with this new dealership here in St. Charles Mo. My name is Sparky and I imagine there are a few of you out there that know me. You may also know me by the new business I just started up. Sparky’s Motorcycle Detailing located half mile east of St.Charles Harley-Davidson. I purchased a used 2003 Road King just about one year ago, from St. Charles Harley and I took out the extended two year extended warranty that my salesman Brad Sabol recommended to purchase, and let me tell you I am very happy that I decided to do so, for I have used this warranty several times now. And the most recent incident is when my cam shot craps on me and tore up the inside of my motor. I took my bike in on 9-28 and they tore my bike completely down and sent my motor out to be rebuilt and reconditioned, {{{{Now listen to this very carefully}}}} I was riding my bike once again 32 days later. And all of this was covered under the small price that is charged for this extended warranty. Where are you going to find service for your Harley or whatever you may ride that will get on top of matters and make you feel like you are there No# 1 customer each and every time you enter into this dealership? And I must not forget to Thank Tom Plager Service Manager, he kept me informed every step of the way while I was without my baby, and my BIGGEST THANK YOU!!!! goes to Pat Kroeger Service Technician for every service I have had performed by him he has been extraordinary when he puts his touch on what ever my bike may need to have serviced, even when it is a routine service for when I leave out on my bike everything feels to be so precise, and I can always feel a difference in the bikes handling and performance. Thank all of you at St. Charles Harley and at this time, most of all Thank You Pat Kroger my bike is running FANTASTIC!!!!! SPARKY!!!!!! "

"After more than one bad experience, I swore I'd never set foot in Bob Schultz ever again. Then almost exactly a year ago I see a big sign over the name, announcing "new owner". The Wednesday of the new owner's first week, I decided "what the heck" and stopped by...to see if anything was really different. Two days later, I'm riding off on my brand new Night Train, a bike I've been wanting for 10 years. Not a week later, my wife's bike was having problems that another dealer (where she bought it) was being a terrible hassle getting to deal with....so she brought it up to BSC and talked to Tom in Service. Not only did he get it fixed but made sure it was covered by warranty, as it should have been. The following February, she traded her 8-month old 883 in for a brand new Low Rider There was only 1 dealer she even looked at. I can't say in accurate words how much I hate "salesmen", but Brad Sabol has become more more like a friend than just the guy who sold me/her a bike. He's always professional and friendly and an all around great guy. In the last year we both have been in and out of "Big St. Charles" all the time; shopping for parts and clothes, pestering Tom about service questions or minor issues we were having (which he promptly fixed on the spot), or even just killing some time. Not once have we left without a smile on our faces. Their tagline last year said "New owners, new way of doing business". Truth in advertising at last. Keep up the fantastic work!"

"Long story short...... We were on a trip through Colorado. My friend has a new Goldwing Trike that has broken down. By the grace of God. The new owners of St. Charles Harley Davidson rolled in with several HOG Members. With RV and Trailer, offered to not only get his trike and trailer back to MO but, to also bring it to him in Jefferson City. Even though arrangements had been made prior, The generosity brought forth was tremendous. I own a 2002 RoadKing myself and I have reffered your dealership to everyone that I know. As I'm sure you can understand, buying anything expensive sight-unseen is a risk and this pre-owned Sportster was no exception - especially since it's my first Harley. "We went to Doc's Harley Davidson to do some christmas shopping in dec 2008.Was looking for a specific top that was in the fall catalog.Being a large size in wemons clothing i always have trouble finding anything feminine that fits.Never seems to be enough of the bigger sizes on the rack.Anyway this top that i was looking for came in a 2x and it was cute.When we asked about it at Doc's they did not carry it nor were they willing to do a dealer search for it.Left there with hopes slashed and decided to stop by the new ST.Charles store.When i asked about the top, Carlena Roebuck in motorclothes did a dealer search no problem and found it and i had it on in a matter of a week! She went above and beyond what the "big dealership" was willing to do. I will be staying on this side of the river from now on!!!!"
